Packer has been a key figure for Harlequins since making her debut against Gloucester-Hartpury in 2018.
Earlier this year, she reached the milestone of 100 appearances for the club during a match against Exeter, underlining her importance to the side over the past eight seasons.
The England international was also on the scoresheet in her most recent appearance for Harlequins against Leicester Tigers in May.
During her time at The Stoop, Packer helped the club secure the Allianz Premier15s title in 2021 and has established herself as one of the leading scrum-halves in the women’s game.
At international level, she has earned 45 caps for England, winning multiple Six Nations titles and lifting the Rugby World Cup in 2025.
Known for her quick service and ability to keep attacks moving, Packer becomes the latest player to commit her future to Harlequins as preparations continue for the upcoming campaign.

Speaking after extending her stay with the club, Packer said: “I’m looking forward to another season wearing the Quarters. Reaching 100 caps with my family and friends at The Stoop earlier this year was incredibly special and I’m excited to be running out in front of the home crowd again next season.”
Harlequins Women Head Coach Ross Chisholm welcomed the news and highlighted the impact Packer continues to have on the squad.
“Lucy is one of the best scrum-halves in the game. We’ve seen her take her game to another level this season for Club and country. She is a key part of our squad and someone who brings calmness and precision to our game plan on pitch.”
“To have already reached 100 appearances for Harlequins at such a young age is testament to her dedication and commitment to the Club.
