Exeter Chiefs have confirmed that Immanuel Feyi-Waboso will undergo surgery after suffering a facial injury last week.
The club have yet to provide a timeline on his recovery, but the news raises concerns over his availability for England’s summer fixtures and is a major blow to Exeter at the business end of the season.

The Chiefs head into a winner-takes-all clash against Saracens at Sandy Park on Saturday, with the final Gallagher Premiership play-off place on the line.
