Launching on Saturday, July 4, the competition will bring together the 12 leading nations from the northern and southern hemispheres in a connected championship format that links the traditional July and November windows for the first time.

The tournament begins with a blockbuster opening weekend headlined by the All Blacks hosting France in the first-ever international match at Christchurch’s One New Zealand Stadium. The July “Southern Series” sees northern hemisphere nations travel south, before the competition resumes in November with the “Northern Series” ahead of a Finals Weekend at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.

Six Nations Rugby CEO Tom Harrison said: “This July sets the tone for the Nations Championship. Three consecutive ‘Super Saturdays’ with back-to-back fixtures, starring the best teams in the sport, all competing to win the sport’s newest titles and silverware.”
